As usual a perfect service and a very cozy ambience. Food very fine and the menu often renewed.
Super service und sehr feines Essen! Würden wir auf jeden Fall empfehlen! Man muss bei einem Nacht in Kameha nicht weiter suchen als dieses Restaurant
Menu choice very good. We tried 2 different salads, both were excellent. The risotto first class.. The pizzas were done on a hot stone, they were Great but hard to cut. Cutlery failure. Service very friendly. Enjoyable lunch and dinner experience.
Schöne Ambiance. Ganz netter und zuvorkommender Service; vorzügliches Essen guter Wein. ...wir kommen gerne wieder. Leider mussten wir bei der Anfahrt 20 Minuten vor der Parkingeinfahrt warten
Das L Unico Restaurant ist einfach eine wohlfühl Oase... Das Ambiente stimmt bis in das kleinste Detail... Der Brunch hat für jeden was dabei die Preisleistung stimmt... Ich finde es genau passend und werde es definitiv weiter empfehlen... Das Servicepersonal ist freundlich Aufmerksam und flink....... Der Restaurantleiter ist sehr hilfsbereit symapthisch..... Ich bin mit einem Kollegen gekommen er hat Geburi..... Zum Ende bekammmen wir noch ein Kuchen, die Überraschung von dem Restaurant war Perfekt.... Ich sage nur macht weiter so, ich bin selber aus der Hotellerie..... Sogar ich würde sofort als Supervisor anfangen, aber da alle Herren glatt rasiert sind finde ich es bisle schade... Da ein 3 Tage Bart gepflegt mitterlerweile in der heutigen Zeit normal ist.... Ich danke nochmals dem Team .... Gruss Christopher Alexander Frank
Wir haben aus reiner Neugier - empfohlen durch einen Projektleiter des "Circle"-Projektes am Flughafen Zürich - den ganzen Abend für eine wichtige Besprechung mit Kollegen/Kolleginnen bei Ihnen verbracht: Angefangen in der Golden Bar bei einem (oder zwei) Pisco sour, dann im italienischen Restaurant L'Unico bei Ossobucco und Lammrippchen u.a. und dem sensationellen, sicht- und hörbar handgerührten Sabaillone-Dessert und schliesslich bei einer Runde im Fumoir bei einer leichten Ambassadrice und einem Glesli Williams (oder Whisky) dazu - alle Stationen hervorragend betreut von Ihrem wirklich ausgezeichneten, aufmerksamen, liebenswürdigen (und hübschen!) Personal - ein hervorragender Abend mit Freunden und Geschäftspartnern - Ihre zahlreichen Events haben bei uns bereits "Wurzeln geschlagen"... wir kommen wieder, herzlichen Dank - und weiter so, viel Erfolg! Ruedi & Prisca Jaisli und Freunde mit Partnerinnen, alles Touristiker(innen).
Went for Valentine's Day. Chose the set menu for both me and my wife. Had to wait 10min after being seated to actually ask for the menu. Received the first course (beef carpaccio) relatively fast, then waited 45min to get the second course, a soup... Nobody told us there was a delay and I had to ask where it was before receiving it. Waited 30min to receive the main just after the soup. It was bland, not seasoned. A small piece a tuna (properly cooked) with 2 ravioli (good), some zuchini, eggplants and carrot cut in small round pieces, not seasoned and a sauce that I couldn't identify. My wife got the veal, which came with the exact same garnish... so much for diversity. The person who took away our plates had the wits to ask "do you want to wait for your desserts or should we send them now..?", really?! He asked if we wanted tea or coffee, we said yes, one of each. Waited another 10min for a chocolate dome and some berries, actually decent. But the coffee and tea didn't seem to want to come, so we asked for them. What came was a big pot of tea with 2 cups. I had to say I ordered a coffee. Add to that a couple of broken glasses in the tables neat us, some spillage on a lady in front of us, the different waiters that obviously did not know their tables as they brought the wrong food to the wrong table all night long, and the next table gentleman telling us: "I hope you finish your meal before midnight" as he left, let's say that our experience at l'Unico was not good. I would add to that, that for a restaurant that dubs itself a "pasta manufactory", they could have had more than only 2 ravioli in their Valentine's day set menu. Too bad really because the plates coming to the other tables looked pretty good. Very disappointing performance. May try it again for te regular menu, but will not go back for a long while.
** Attention to family with children ** Think twice if you would expect " Kinderbetreunung" or "Spielecke" during Sunday brunch. According to the service staff on duty, Ms G?bi, children playroom and childcare is not included in the Sunday brunch. The children playroom & childcare is usually NOT provided. ( I guess she thought my family is 1st time guest there. I guess she did not that we are repeated guests there and my children are the repeated guests of their childcare & playroom.) "Attenton to people who expect Sunday brunch is served on time." There was other event going on at the same time, Sunday was not ready on time. "Attention to people who expect tasty dim sum at Sunday brunch." There were various types of dim sum like " Ha Gao" " Siu Mei" etc, however, the meat inside was not well cooked. The meat was still raw & they should not be served. When we informed the service staff on duty, they said the kitchen chef checked and the kitchen chef said no problem. This was how it should be. ( I guess the kitchen chef and the service staff thought we and all the other guests have never eat any dim sum before. ) "Attention to the people who expect all items stated on the menu are available." My latest experience at Sunday bruch proof that this statement was wrong. There was item not prepared by the kitchen although it was stated on the menu. It was in fact not too bad if the service staff could have explained it in a more proper and respective manner. "Attention to people who expect GRAND dessert choices." The dessert choice was NOT GRAND anymore. It was still okay but was down to ordinary standard. We used to grade 6 points for lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch. We celerbrated birthdays there and everything was so impressive. I hope this terrible disappointment was just an exceptional and will not happen again. We hope to see improvement next time because "Life is not always Grand ! "
Really authentic Italian restaurant with lively atmosphere and good frequented also by local guests. The food was exceptional! I had the homemade pasta with truffle, which was fantastic. Luigi, one of the team, came to our table, with the pasta in a grana padano cheese form and prepered and served it just in front of us. The cannolo as dessert was a perfect closure of the meal. The cannolo tasted exactly as the one made in Sicily.
Obwohl zum Zeitpunkt unseres Eintreffens noch nicht viel los war, dauerte es lange, bis die ersten Getränke an den Tisch kamen. Zufällig konnte ich sehen, wie sie hereingetragen wurden, dann standen, und weil abgestanden zum neuen Schaumkrone aufsetzen, wieder in die Bar zurückgingen, bis sie dann zu uns kamen. Direkt an den Tischen im Rücken der dort sitzenden befinden sich Schalen mit Eis zum Kühlen der Getränke. Die Servicemitarbeiter entreißen die Flaschen immer wieder lautstark dem Eis, so dass wir immer wieder zusammen schreckten. Das Essen ist ausgesprochen gut, so dass ohne die beiden ersten nicht so optimalen Punkte hier die Bestbewertung hätte vergeben werden können.
