staff was nice, service was chaotic, got told many times that things we ordered were out of stock which led to a bill that included items we never received or had wrong prices. We were a group of 8. Generally a quite expensive experience which makes the chaotic service stand out more. I like the concept but the high price, combined with the chaos, makes it more a novelty restaurant to me than one I could see myself going to regularly. Would recommend though

Nourriture très bonne. Le propriétaire nous a même montré comment manger. Très sympathique. Malheureusement, le personnel n’était pas attentif. Ça aurait pu être un excellent. Dommage.

Netter Service und sehr hilfsbereit! Das Fleisch ist von sehr guter Qualität! Die Dumplings, Vegi, Poulet und Kimchi vervorragend! Der Preis für das BBQ finde ich an der oberen Grenze! Marinierter Schweinshals 200gr für 45.- ist somit wohl das teuerste Schweinesteak der Schweiz! Ansonsten sehr gut!

Essen an sich ist super, Personal ganz freundlich. Leider sind jedoch die Getränkepreise garnicht zu rechtfertigen, v.a. Soju ist viel zu teuer, auch import lässt sich dies nicht rechtfertigen

The service was a bit slow and for the price that we pay for the Korean BBQ, we would expect a faster service with the sides dishes (salad leaves, kimchi, etc.), because a tiny bowl of kimchi for 4 people is a bit little.

I find it amazing! You are recommeded to go this restaurant if you like Korean style meat dishes.

Die Bedienung ist gut und nett:-) Nur wollte ich großen Zimmer mit viele Tische sitzen, um die Stimmung von der Leute zu genießen. Mein Tisch, wo neben die Küche war sehr kaltes gefüllt als da.

Leider hat die Tischwahl nicht ganz geklappt, es war für ein Geburtstagsessen, auch die Bedienung war eher gelangweilt und zum Schluss mussten wir echt lange warten bis wir zahlen konnten. Vielleicht eher für Gruppen bis max 4 oder 5 Personen.

Wir gingen davon aus, dass Shilla ein koreanisches Restaurant sei. Allerdings verstand von der Bedienung niemand koreanisch, auch war das Essen nicht authentisch. Das Bibimbap wurde leider nicht heiss genug serviert, so wie es normalerweise serviert wird. Schade. Leider.
