All was perfect but the prices are pretty high. But for good food quality and zurich you have to pay a lot.

Leider hatte das Service Personal viel Stress. Wir hatten den Tisch für 2h, nach einer halben Stunde war bereits Vorspeise und Hauptgang serviert - wir hätten uns etwas mehr Zeit zum Geniessen gewünscht.

Zu teuer für so kleine Portionen . Es hat aber geschmeckt.

Es war sehr fein und sehr empfehlenswert. Eine exklusive Adresse.

Ich hatte das Korean BBQ Ribeye und das hat sehr sehr gut geschmeckt.

Die Wartezeiten bis das Essen auf dem Tisch steht ist sehr schnell. Man hat den Eindruck dass der Tisch unbedingt ein zweites Mal gebucht werden soll.

das essen war super lecker, schön angerichtet und mit liebe zubereitet. wir kommen gerne wieder 😊 und können es auch gerne weiterempfehlen, wenn man bereit ist tiefer ins portmonnaie zu greifen, da die Preise auf jeden Fall Upper class/stolz sind.

Nette Bedienung, aufmerksam, schönes Ambiente, preislich m.E. am oberen Ende der Skala. Jedoch ist die Qualität des Essens sehr gut.

I like that it was possible to book online, fast and easy. Besides it was kind of not in advance booking, yet it was possible. Services is very good. Of course prices are a bit high, but this is expected with such amazing level of food (say thanx to chef) and service. All the best and till next time!

Komme gerne wieder. Essen und Ambiente sind top. Die Tischzeit sollte von 2h auf 3h verlängert werden.

Great location and place but the food is nowhere near worth the prices - mediocre food but gourmet prices. I paid 44 CHF for a pretty small, pretty basic salad for lunch. Insanity.

Symphatische und schnelle Bedienung, perfekte Garstufe und das ganze in einer gediegenen Atmosphäre, was will man mehr?!

Einziges(?) Restautant in der Nähe der Tonhalle welches gestern geöffnet hatte. Waren sehr angenehm überrascht.

I was made to wait in one table and my friend at another end in another table; because apparently there were 2 bookings in the same name due to some technical issues and negligence from the staff. We wasted 15 mins in just waiting for each other

Beim absitzen wurde uns gleich gesagt, der Tisch sei für 2 Stunden. Kaum bestellt, kam gleich die Vorspeise, kaum fertig gegessen die Hauptspeise. Wir waren noch nicht einmal mit dem Apéro fertig... Das Essen war allerdings hervorragend-nur weren wir nach 50 Minuten mit allem fertig...

Die Bedienung hat ständig gewechselt. Man hast keinen festen Ansprechpartner. Obwohl mein Weinglas noch halb voll war, wurde das bestellte nächste 1 dl einfach dazugegeben bzw. bis 1dl aufgefüllt. Das war natürlich kein dl................. : (

Very business run restaurant, ambiente great, seating to “optimized” almost squeezed with a max 2 hours imposed timeframe. Yes you have success and yes it is great to try to satisfy maximum people, but through that you loos in appreciation and real full 360 quality as there is a non necessary “pressure” right upon arrival, a quite pushy pre-order taking strongly suggested multiple antipasti choice for maximized revenue followed by time-pressure reminder towards the end - kills all. Apart from that - great location, great food but full experience not worth that pricing anymore. Same for bar on 1st floor - arriving 5 with table at 6, all seat empty and still not possible to sit on a 3 seat table when being two, even though announced will leave before 6 - so no rush hour by then, so no need to optimize there aswell the seating, specially if absolutely all seat where empty - no customer at all yet. Too bad, not real customer centricity, only business revenue optimization focus… spoils the care and quality of entire concept
