Nice restaurant. The fondu is delicious, and the service are perfect.

Hervorragendes Fondue, sehr freundliches Personal, angenehme Ambience. Einziger negativer Punkt ist der relativ hohe Lärmpegel, wenn das Restaurant ausgebucht ist.

Hostess was rude, could not find our reservation made months ago. Inside was sweltering, tables crushed together and absolutely no privacy. We left immediately, this is a complete tourist trap. We went to Raclette Stuben instead and had a delightful cheese fondue in a pleasing setting

Very Popular restaurant and lucky we booked. The location brings many tourists like us looking for a fondue experience . We enjoyed the experience but locals and our hosts advise; their are much better options around Zürich. Still for us, not knowing the difference between fondues, it ticked the box .

Essen war gut, Bedienung- richtig schlecht (immer 3 Male nachgefragt, dass er was bringt, 4 mal nach der Rechnung gefragt, unfreundlich). Und das no-go: er hat sich an Demo Tisch nebenan das Trinkgeld erbetet. Die Gruppe wollte kein Trinkgeld geben, er hat mit denen extra diskutiert, dass die müssen....
